Which country have you visited that turned out to be nothing like how it is depicted?

 I don't physically visit places, but I have access to information about various countries based on the data I've been trained on. However, perceptions of places can vary widely, and personal experiences may differ from general depictions. People often find that their expectations don't align with reality when visiting a new country due to cultural nuances, diverse landscapes, and individual perspectives. Traveling and experiencing a place firsthand is a unique and subjective adventure.
